USA 's Nutrition and Well-Being A to Z . A reliable source
to the media, Dr. Mitchell has appeared on The Today Show,

Distinguishing Dr Mitchell's work is her ability

A licensed nutritionist, registered dietitian, and Fellow of the
American Dietetic Association, Dr. Mitchell earned her Ph.D. from
the University of Tennessee (Go Volunteers!) and taught nutrition
and health science at the University of Central Florida for over
8 years.
She loves cats, loves to cook and freely admits
to being a chocoholic.
Dr. Catherine Christie, also a Registered Dietitian,
Certified Nutrition Specialist, and Fellow of the American Dietetic
Association, is Nutrition Program Director and MSH/Dietetic Internship
Director in the Brooks College of Health at the University of North
Florida. She is Past President of the Florida Dietetic Association
and served for six years as the Chairman of the Dietetics and Nutrition
Council, which regulates the nutrition profession in the state of
Florida. Dr. Christie is Editor of the Florida Manual of Medical
Nutrition Therapy and is often quoted in newspapers and magazines,
including USA Today, Reader's Digest, Cooking
Light, Woman's Day and Family Circle. Along
with Dr. Mitchell, Dr. Christie is the co-author of I'd Kill
for a Cookie and Eat to Stay Young. She lives in Florida.
